To begin with, it's important to understand that there are 2 types of signs at trade shows: hanging signs, which are visible from a distance, and stand signs, which are hung directly ON the stand.
Stand signs
Let's start with these: a stand sign is attached to the stand itself; there are 2 main types:
- a simple sign featuring the brand name and stand number. That's the basic version.
- A logo sign is a great way to finish off your stand, but above all it stands out from all the other standard signs. All this on a reasonable budget => a sure bet then 😉
Suspended signs
Then we move upmarket with hanging signs.
First and foremost, of course, you need to check whether your stand is located in an exhibition area where slinging is possible (editor's note: slings are cables used to hang items from the ceiling).
Then there are relatively simple services, such as a double-sided sign to attract attention and make your stand visible from afar.
But they can also be more complex: square or rectangular, right-angled or rounded, pvc or canvas. It all exists! But the aim is always the same: to make your stand visible from afar! A small difference lies in the communication space, depending on the number of linear meters and whether or not you choose to print inside the sign too.
